The problem

Your best numbers are hidden in a tab nobody opens

A metric only changes behavior when the whole team can see it. Dashwall puts the numbers that matter where you can't miss them.

Metrics stay buried

Your numbers live inside dashboards nobody opens. The team only sees them in the Monday meeting — long after they could have acted.

No shared pulse

When results aren't visible, the room loses its rhythm. Wins go uncelebrated and slow days go unnoticed until it's too late.

Dashboards are for analysts

Most BI tools are built for deep analysis, not for a glance from across the office. They're dense, slow, and need a login.

How it works

From a number to the big screen in three steps

Dashwall is built around a simple flow: a webhook receives a value, and every connected display updates live.

01

Create a tile

Add a board and a tile in the dashboard. Each tile gets its own secret webhook URL — no integration to build.

02

Send a value

POST the latest number from anywhere: your backend, a cron job, a Zapier or Make scenario, or a single curl command.

03

The wall updates

Open the board's public display link on any TV or monitor. It animates to the new number in under a second — no refresh.

Update a tile from your terminal
# Send the latest revenue to a tile
curl -X POST \
  https://api.dashwall.io/api/metric/your-tile-token \
  -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  -d '{"value": 128940}'

Features

Everything you need on the wall — nothing you don't

Dashwall does one thing well: it makes your live numbers impossible to ignore, and looks good doing it.

Realtime updates

Post a value to a tile's webhook and the wall animates to the new number in under a second — no polling, no refresh.

Built for AI agents

Dashwall ships an MCP server, so an assistant like Claude can build the board, wire the tiles and push the data — approved by you once, on a consent screen.

Four kinds of tile

A headline number, a bar or line chart, a ranked leaderboard, or a red/amber/green status — side by side on the same wall.

Targets and comparisons

Give a tile a target and it shows how far along it is. Add a comparison period and every value carries a percentage against an hour, day, week, or month ago.

One webhook per tile

Each tile has its own URL and token. Wire it up from your backend, a cron job, Zapier, or a single curl command.

Milestone moments

Celebrate goals with a confetti burst, a full-tile flash, or a gentle pulse the instant a metric crosses your threshold.

Sparkline trends

A number tile can carry a compact trend line of its recent history, so the room sees direction at a glance — not just a number.

On-brand themes

Pick a dark or light theme and a custom accent color per board, with a live preview while you set it up.

Multiple boards

Run separate boards for sales, growth, and support — each on its own screen, each with its own public display link.

Agents — from day one

Tell an AI agent what to track. It builds the wall.

Dashwall ships an MCP server, so agents can create boards, add tiles, push live metrics, read back what the wall shows and reply with the display link — from a single prompt. Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor and Codex all connect in one line. See what an agent can do.

Connect without copying a key

Your assistant registers itself and asks you on a Dashwall consent screen. Approve once and it is connected — nothing to paste into a config file.

The agent reads the wall back

It does not only push numbers. It can ask what a board shows right now — the value, how it sits against its target, how it moved — and act on the answer.

You decide what it may do

Read-only or full access, with an expiry if you want one. Approve on a screen you can see, and withdraw access whenever you like.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Everything you might want to know before you put your first number on the wall.

What is Dashwall?
Dashwall is a realtime metrics display platform. It shows your live KPIs — revenue, signups, active users, anything — as huge, legible numbers, charts, leaderboards and status tiles on big office screens. You push a value to a webhook and the wall updates in under a second.
What can a tile show?
There are four tile types. A number tile shows one big figure with an optional unit, decimals and sparkline. A chart tile draws the same history as bars or a line with a readable scale. A leaderboard shows ranked rows, like the top five reps by revenue. A status tile shows a red, amber or green state with a short message, for things like deploys or on-call. You can mix all four on one board.
Can a tile show whether we're on track?
Yes. Give a tile a target and it shows progress towards it, coloured by whether higher or lower is better. Add a comparison period — an hour, a day, a week or a month — and each value carries a percentage against that point in the past, so the wall says how the number moved, not just what it is.
How do metrics get onto the screen?
Every tile has its own webhook URL. Any service — your backend, a Zapier or Make scenario, a cron job, or a one-line curl command — sends an HTTP POST with the new value, or with the rows of a leaderboard or the state of a status tile. Dashwall stores it and broadcasts it over a live connection, so every screen showing that board updates instantly.
Can an AI agent set up my dashboard?
Yes. Dashwall ships an MCP server, the open protocol assistants like Claude use for tools, so an agent can create a board, add tiles, push readings and hand you the public display link from a single prompt. It can also read a board back — what every tile shows, how it sits against its target and when it was last updated — so it can check its own work and answer questions about the wall.
What is an agent allowed to do with my account?
Only what you approve. An application connecting over OAuth sends you to a Dashwall consent screen that names it and lists what it is asking for, and nothing happens until you agree. If you prefer an API key, it can be read-only — so an agent that only has to look at the wall can never change it — and it can be given an expiry. Access can be withdrawn at any time.
Do I need to install anything on the display?
No. A board has a public display URL that you open in any browser on a TV, monitor, or tablet. There is no login on the screen and no app to install — just open the link full-screen and leave it running.
Is Dashwall live yet?
Yes. Dashwall is live — create a free account at app.dashwall.io and put your first KPI on a screen today. The Free plan does not ask for a credit card.
What does it cost?
There is a Free plan with 1 board and up to 3 live tiles. A Pro plan adds up to 10 boards and up to 12 tiles per board, which is room for a full office wall. Every plan gets all four tile types, targets and comparisons. Pro is $29 per month, or $290 per year with two months free.
How fresh are the numbers?
Updates are realtime. The moment a value is posted to a tile's webhook, connected displays animate to the new number in under a second — there is no polling and no manual refresh.
Can I match my brand?
Yes. Each board has a dark or light theme and a custom accent color, with a live preview while you configure it. Tiles can show a unit (like € or %), a set number of decimals, and an optional sparkline of recent history.
What are milestones?
Milestones are celebrations that fire when a metric crosses a threshold you set — for example hitting a monthly revenue goal. You can choose a confetti burst, a full-tile flash, or a gentle pulse. Animations respect the viewer's reduced-motion preference.
Are there any limits I should know about?
Each tile accepts up to 60 webhook requests per minute and keeps its most recent 500 data points for its sparkline and chart. The Free plan allows 1 board and 3 tiles; Pro allows up to 10 boards with up to 12 tiles per board. A leaderboard holds up to 25 rows.
